From construction sites to the print studio

Before Telleath Print, I spent my working life in construction. I liked the work, there's something satisfying about building something solid that lasts. But a few years back I found myself drawn into printing, almost by accident. What started as tinkering around at home turned into a proper obsession, and eventually I made the decision to do it full time.

That was about three years ago now. I'm Alan, and I run Telleath Print out of Newquay in Cornwall. It's just me, no big team, no automated production line. Every order comes through me personally, and I'd have it no other way.

Why quality matters to me

In construction, cutting corners catches up with you. The same is true in printing. I've always believed that if something is worth doing, it's worth doing properly, so every item is checked before it goes out the door. Not because I have to, but because I'd be embarrassed to send out anything less than I'd want to receive myself.

I work with a range of print methods, including DTF, heat transfer vinyl, screen print transfers and embroidery, which means I can match the right technique to what you actually need, rather than pushing you towards whatever's easiest for me.

Who I work with

All sorts, honestly. Local businesses wanting branded workwear. Groups organising hen dos or sports kits. Small shops after custom merch. People who just want one really good hoodie with their logo on it. I'm happy with all of it.
