Print methods

How We Print Your Logo

Not sure which method suits your logo? Send us your artwork and we'll advise before quoting.

DTF Transfers

Full-colour and detailed logo transfers. Good for colourful or complex artwork on T-shirts, hoodies and most garment types.

Embroidery

Smart and durable. Best for polo shirts, jackets, softshells and caps. Works well for cleaner logos and text.

Screen Print Transfers

Cost-effective for larger runs with bold, flat designs. Good for teams and event workwear.

HTV Vinyl

Cut vinyl lettering and shapes. Suitable for names, numbers and simpler designs on most garments.

Common questions

Workwear Printing FAQs

What types of workwear can you print on?

We print on T-shirts, polo shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, hi-vis vests, hi-vis hoodies, jackets, softshells, fleeces, aprons, caps and beanies. If you need something not listed, ask.

Which print method is best for my logo?

It depends on your artwork, garment type and quantity. DTF transfers suit colourful and detailed designs. Embroidery suits cleaner logos on smarter garments. Screen print transfers work well for larger runs with bold designs. Send your artwork and we'll advise.

Do you supply the garments as well as printing them?

Yes. We usually supply the garments ourselves. This helps us choose clothing that is suitable for the print or embroidery method and makes replacements easier to handle fairly if there is a production issue. We do not usually print on customer-supplied garments.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

In many cases, no. The right minimum depends on the garment type and print method. Send your details and we'll advise before quoting.

What artwork file do I need?

For best results, send a high-quality PDF, PNG or vector file at 300dpi. Send whatever you have and we'll advise on whether it will work.

Where can you print on a garment?

Common positions are left chest, full back, sleeve and collar. We'll advise on the best position for your logo and garment before quoting.

How long does a workwear printing order take?

Turnaround depends on the garment type, quantity and print method. Let us know your deadline when you enquire and we'll confirm what's possible.

Can you print workwear for businesses outside Cornwall?

Yes, UK-wide delivery is available where remote ordering is suitable.
