How do I request a quote?

Use the Request a Quote page and include as much detail as you can. For clothing orders, it helps to include garment type, quantity, sizes, colours, logo positions, artwork file, deadline and delivery or collection details. For stickers, include the size, shape, quantity, finish and whether they are for indoor or outdoor use. If you are not sure yet, send what you know and we will help you work through the rest.

Is there a minimum order?

No. One item is fine. Small orders are useful for sole traders, samples, gifts and one-off jobs. Larger orders usually work out better per item, especially when the same design is used across multiple garments.

Can you help me choose the right garments?

Yes. Tell us what the clothing is for, how often it will be worn and what kind of finish you want. We can help with T-shirts, polos, hoodies, sweatshirts, hi-vis, jackets, caps, beanies and other branded clothing where suitable.

Do you supply the garments as well as printing them?

Yes. We can supply garments and decorate them with the method that suits the job. You can also use our full catalogue if you want to browse garment options before requesting a quote.

Can I provide my own garments?

We usually do not print or embroider customer-supplied garments. This is because not every garment is suitable for decoration, and if a customer-owned item is damaged during production it can be difficult or impossible to replace like-for-like. Where possible, we prefer to supply the garments ourselves. That way we know they are suitable for the print or embroidery method, and we can handle replacements more fairly if there is a production issue.

What file formats do you need?

PNG, PDF, SVG or AI files are best. Artwork should ideally be 300dpi at print size. Vector files are best for logos where available. If you only have a logo saved on your phone, send it over and we will check whether it can be used.

What if I do not have any artwork?

That is not a problem. A rough sketch, written idea, existing logo or reference image can be enough to start with. We can help get the artwork into a usable format before anything goes to print.

Will I see a proof before you print?

Yes. Nothing is printed until you have seen and approved a digital proof. This helps check spelling, logo position, sizing and layout before production starts.

Can you match my brand colours exactly?

We will get as close as possible, but print colours can vary depending on the garment, material, print method and screen settings. If exact colour matching is critical, tell us before quoting so we can advise properly.

Which printing method should I choose?

It depends on your artwork, garment, quantity and the finish you want. DTF transfers are useful for detailed, colourful designs. HTV vinyl works well for bold, clean shapes and simple text. Screen print transfers can suit larger repeat runs. Embroidery gives a smart finish on polos, jackets, caps and workwear. If you are not sure, send us your logo and order details. We will recommend a suitable option.

Is embroidery or print better for workwear?

Embroidery is often a strong choice for polos, softshells, jackets and caps because it looks smart and lasts well. Print can be better for larger back designs, detailed artwork, colourful logos or lighter garments. The best option depends on the logo, garment and how the clothing will be used.

Can you print front and back designs?

Yes. We can print left chest logos, large back prints, sleeve prints and other placements where suitable. Tell us where you want the design placed when you request a quote.

How long will my order take?

Most standard orders are completed within 3 to 5 working days once artwork has been approved, but this can change depending on garments, quantity, print method and current workload. If you have a fixed deadline, tell us at the start. We will be honest about what is possible.

Do you deliver outside Cornwall?

Yes. We are based in Newquay, Cornwall and can deliver across the UK where suitable. Local collection may also be available by arrangement.

Can you handle event or group orders?

Yes. We can help with event T-shirts, group clothing, club orders, workwear bundles and branded clothing for teams. For event orders, send the quantity, sizes, artwork and deadline as early as possible.

Can I reorder the same design later?

Yes. Reorders are usually straightforward once your artwork and previous order details are on file. It helps to mention the previous order when you get back in touch.

Do you print stickers?

Yes. We can help with custom vinyl stickers for packaging, product labels, events, small business branding and promotional use. For sticker quotes, send the size, shape, quantity, finish and artwork.

Do you print business stationery?

Yes. We can help with selected business stationery and small branded print items. Tell us what you need, the quantity and any artwork or brand files you already have.

What if something is wrong with my order?

Because custom printed items are made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. If there is a genuine fault or something does not match the approved proof, get in touch straight away with photos and your order details. We will check it properly and put it right where needed.
