FAQ

How long will my order take?

Most orders go out within 3 to 5 working days once artwork has been signed off. If you're working to a tight deadline, just say so upfront and I'll tell you honestly whether I can hit it.

Is there a minimum order?

No. One item is fine. Naturally the unit cost comes down on larger orders, but I won't turn away a small job. If you want a quote for a bulk run, just ask.

What file formats do you need?

PNG, PDF, SVG or AI files work best, at 300dpi or higher if possible. If you're not sure whether what you've got will work, send it over and I'll take a look. I'd rather sort it out early than have to come back to you later.

What if I don't have any artwork?

Then we start from scratch. A rough sketch, a description, a logo saved on your phone. Any of it works as a starting point. I can help get things into shape before anything goes to print.

Do you deliver outside Cornwall?

Yes, nationwide across the UK.

Which printing method should I go for?

It depends on what you're printing, how many, and what finish you're after. DTF handles detailed or photographic designs well. Heat transfer vinyl is better for bold, clean shapes. Screen print transfers make more sense on larger runs. Embroidery gives a premium feel on things like polos, caps and jackets. If you're not sure, describe what you're going for and I'll point you in the right direction.

Will I see a proof before you print?

Always. Nothing gets printed until you've seen and approved a digital proof. If something doesn't look right, we sort it before it goes anywhere near the press.

What if something isn't right with my order?

Because everything is made to order, I can't take returns on change-of-mind purchases. But if there's a genuine fault, get in touch straight away with a photo and I'll put it right.
