HOW IT WORKS

Ordering custom stickers with us is straightforward. Simply upload up to four images in Png, Svg, Psd or another image format—transparent backgrounds are ideal for die-cut shapes. Then pick your finish, select your quantity, and place your order. It’s that simple!

If you don’t have access to design software or can’t create a transparent image but still want a bespoke shape, just let us know in the upload notes. We’re happy to help.

PREPARING YOUR FILES FOR UPLOAD

We want your stickers to look exactly as you imagined, so here’s how to set up your files:

WHITE OUTLINE

By default, we add a 2–4mm white outline around each sticker for cutting. If you prefer to create the outline yourself in a design programme, please keep in mind the final proportions once printed. If you’d like a different colour rather than white, simply provide the HEX code of your desired border colour.

BORDERLESS STICKERS

For borderless stickers, we must be able to cut inside your design, or the design itself must feature one continuous colour around its entire shape. You can achieve this by leaving a 2–4mm bleed at the edges of your artwork and asking us to cut within that bleed, or by giving us the HEX code of your sticker’s border colour so we can add extra bleed.

QUALITY

Please ensure your images are high resolution—at least 1500 pixels on the longest side at 300 Dpi. Low-quality, pixelated images may be rejected to maintain our print standards.

COLOUR PROFILE

We print on a 6-tank Epson inkjet printer using CMYK dye-based inks for accurate, vibrant colours. It’s best to work in a CMYK colour profile so your printed stickers look as close as possible to your digital designs. Some neon-style greens and blues in RGB aren’t perfectly reproducible in print.

SIZE

We offer three standard sizes determined by the sticker’s largest dimension (height or width): • 4 inches / around 10cm • 3 inches / around 7.6cm • 2 inches / around 5cm

If you need an exact size, let us know in the upload notes. For example, if your artwork is 9cm by 5cm, select the 4 inch / 10cm option to cover the largest measurement, and include a note requesting a 9cm output for the longer side.

FINISH

Choose from two finishes for your stickers:

• MATTE: A smooth, non-reflective laminate that slightly mutes colours and lends a premium feel. Water- and scratch-resistant.

• GLOSS: A reflective laminate that enhances darker colours and creates a shiny, ‘wet-look’ finish. Also water- and scratch-resistant.

QUANTITY

You may upload up to four designs per order, and we offer bulk savings for 1, 12, 24, 48, 96, 200, 500, 1000 or 2000 stickers. If you need more than 2000 of one design, it’s often more cost-effective to use a larger manufacturer, but we’re happy to discuss your requirements.
